Veritas makes a pullshave that they offer a kit for to make your own handle.
Expensive but quality tools that will outlast a couple generations if used properly. http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.a...,54888&p=54888 They also have a lot of carving gouges that can be used for spoons and small bowls. Bottom line is, you will probably have to find something that will fit what you want to do and then make a handle of the length that you want. |
