That's certainly the very best kind of exercise *I* can think of! What are your favorite activities/ways to get exercise besides the normal walking and swimming?

Like most of you guys here, I also have my own exercise equipment but I am having a hard time motivating myself to use it. At least when I’m on the gym I will be motivated by other people and the instructor.

True enough, chocoguy... I find that I often can't muster the motivation to use the treadmill either. Not sure what would help with that... maybe if it wouldn't be so boring. I should have a DVD player in the garage to watch motivational exercise videos while I'm on the treadmill.
