Just about every woodworking magazine out there -- Wood, Woodworkers Journal, Woodsmith, Shopnotes, etc will have published several models of router tables over the years. Look on their websites for one you like and buy the reprint of the plans.

Go to the new yankee work shop online and they have a great router table plan. Here is a link. www.newyankee.com/getproduct.php?0301 It's the one Norm uses on the show.
